**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.
After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to We See’Um Units Too where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner, if you choose to purchase the luxury cards to use the Resort Facilities.**

This charming ocean front home is located at one of the most sought after beach locations on Fripp Island. 476 Tarpon offers a short, private boardwalk to the beach & elegant vistas.

This home has an open concept kitchen, dining & living area. There is a huge deck on the front of the home with a picnic table & other seating. This deck is convenient to the kitchen & makes a great spot for outside meals. 476 Tarpon has five bedrooms with four full baths. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are located on the main floor. These bedrooms offer a queen bed. There is a full bath between 2 of the bedrooms. There is a second full bath that is attached to the bedroom with the sunroom. This bathroom can also be accessed through a second additional room & used as a powder room for the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have ocean vistas. One has a screened porch & one has a sunroom that can be accessed through the room & both the screened porch & sunroom open out onto the back deck. Bedrooms 4 & 5 are located upstairs. One offers a king bed and has a door that opens to the upstairs deck that offers canal & marsh vistas. The second bedroom located upstairs offers 2 twin beds. There are two full baths located in the hall, both convenient to the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an conveniences card to access the Club’s facilities. The luxury card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Units Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs.
