The kitchen is well-equipped with double ovens, and a drink refrigerator. A sizable breakfast area provides a breathtaking view of the back deck, fire pit, and a fenced backyard for added privacy. The dining room is accompanied by a close by butler's pantry featuring a wine cooler. The master bedroom boastsa walk-in closet and a double vanity in the bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, along with an office area or additional sleeping space. With two laundry areas, one on the main level and one upstairs, convenience is key. The ground level hosts an additional bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom, an broad family/media room, and a walk-in pantry/storage closet.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
