The Space:

When you think of a beach home, you think of 458 Tarpon Blvd! This gorgeous home is oceanfront, with huge windows to capture the handsome sun dancing off the ocean as it hits the Carolina shoreline. With 5 different decks facing the water, nearly all 16 guests will have access to beach vistas as they wake up each morning. It really doesn't get any better than this! It comfortably accommodates up to 16 people and guarantees the best family vacation!



Highlights of the home include a gourmet kitchen, a huge living room surrounded by the ocean, 5 bedrooms and 4 baths! The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a downdraft stove on an island. The microwave and oven are constructed into the high-quality cabinetry and pulls. The refrigerator ice maker and a separate undercounter ice maker help keep you cool during those hot summers. There are 2 separate sinks with disposals accepting for an efficient and convenient cooking experience. The back of the home has a 180 view of the ocean, providing a beautiful view from nearly anywhere in the home. The dining room has plenty of seating and access to a screened in porch. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the view through the sizable living room sliding glass door and windows. The living room leads to the sizable back deck. The back deck has plenty of seating and recliners. Take a walk down your short private boardwalk that leads directly down to the beach!



On the 1st floor is the primary bedroom, office, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry area. The roomy primary bedroom has a king bed, a queen sleeper couch and direct access to the main deck. All bedrooms (not including the twin room) have enormous windows and a sliding door on the back of the home overlooking the ocean. The primary bathroom and laundry area are located in the hall just outside the primary bedroom. The primary bathroom has a step-in shower, a soaking tub and 2 separate sinks. The 2nd full bathroom on the 1st floor has a tub/shower combo, located in the entryway for painless access. The den is directly off the entry with a full sleeper couch and a desk. Try not to work too hard on vacation!



Upstairs there are 3 guest bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a lounge area. The main guest bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a private deck overlooking the ocean. Directly down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the home is the final guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, a private deck overlooking the ocean and a shared full bathroom with a step-in shower. In the middle of this is a lounge area that overlooks the living room, ocean and front of the home.



Features of 458 Tarpon Blvd include a full-size washer and dryer, gas grille, wireless internet, a drip coffee maker, a large driveway with plenty of room for parking and plenty of seating. All bedrooms, the den and the living room have a TV with cable. Looking at the home from the street, the left side of the garage is accessible to guests and accepts 1 more car to park inside.



The View: Backed up directly to the beach with wide open windows and sliders, a 180-degree view of the ocean from nearly anywhere in the home amenities you as you wake up to the sound of waves and seagulls.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
