The primary is on the main floor and has a king bed and TV, en suite bathroom with a tub added in 2025, and a step-in shower. Guest 1 has a queen bed, and Guest 2 has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a den with two twin daybeds and a TV. Guest 3 has a king bed and TV and a jack and jill bath. The last guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with an en suite bathroom. The half bath is located upstairs near the living room for simple access.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
