Stunning arched doorways welcome you into a roomy, open-concept living room and kitchen, where broad marsh vistas create a serene ambiance. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a cavernous butler’s pantry, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Savor meals in the comfortable private dining nook, or step outside to the huge back deck and screened porch, equipped with a dining table and gas grille for a enchanting al fresco dining experience.

The layout includes, on the main floor, a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds with access to the screened porch, while a queen-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is conveniently located down the hall. Upstairs, discover two more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king- and queen-sized beds featuring en-suite bathrooms. In the primary king bedroom, you will find an additional deck with handsome vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and a cozy fireplace for intimate evenings. On the ground floor, the finished additional room includes two twin beds, a mini split for climate control, a card table, and an additional refrigerator. This additional room provides convenient access to the fenced courtyard, garage, and elevator.

A 4-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with your stay (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!
