Welcome to 114 Sandpiper Run! This marsh-front home is located on the north end of Fripp Island in the Quail Cove neighborhood. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up 12 people - ideal for families and groups looking for oceanside relaxation! Some notable features of the home are an elevator available for guest use and a Bluetooth speaker system set up throughout the home. 114 Sandpiper is just a short golf cart ride to numerous Fripp Island amenities, including pools, eateries, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and 24/7 beach access.

Stunning arched doorways welcome you into a cavernous open concept living room and kitchen, where broad marsh vistas create a serene ambiance. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a enormous butler’s pantry, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Appreciate meals in the comfortable private dining nook, or step outside to the sizable back deck and screened porch, equipped with a dining table and gas grille for a enchanting al fresco dining experience.

The layout includes on the main floor, a bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds with access to the screened porch, while a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is conveniently located down the hall. Upstairs, discover two more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king- and queen-sized beds featuring en-suite bathrooms. In the primary king bedroom you will find an additional deck with charming vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and a cozy fireplace for intimate evenings. On the ground level, a roomy finished additional room includes two twin beds with access to the fenced-in courtyard with an outdoor shower.

A 4-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with your stay (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!
