From the dining room, you have access to a screened-in porch with a table offering 4 additional seats. The entirely supplied kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an additional drink refrigerator. The main level also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The main level has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, streaming services , and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a jetted soaking tub, and a double vanity. A pack-and-play and booster seat are available in the primary bedroom. Off the kitchen, there is a queen-size bedroom with streaming services and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV with streaming services, and a reading nook. The middle bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a set of twin bunk beds, additional seating, and streaming services. The last bedroom includes two queen-size beds with streaming services. This level also has two hall bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, and the other with a tub/shower combo.
