Step inside to a modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, double wall ovens, and ample counter space. An adjacent comfortable sitting area invites you to linger over your morning coffee, while the cavernous dining area seats 10, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter—ideal for casual meals or evening entertaining.

The main living room opens to a huge ocean-facing deck, framed by lush scrub palms and offering unobstructed Atlantic vistas—the ideal setting for morning sunrises or evening stargazing.

Down the main hallway, you'll find three bedrooms:

Two streetside queen bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The primary oceanside suite features a king bed, a private oceanview deck, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower for a true spa-like experience.

The lower level offers even more space to spread out, with a fourth bedroom (two twin beds), a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and three separate living areas, including:

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
