Inside, the open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area, dining room, and kitchen, featuring high ceilings and enormous windows that bring in natural light. The home’s inviting modern-bungalow decor and modern furnishings create a comfortable space for relaxation. Unwind on the sectional couch with a movie on the flat-screen TV or prepare a meal in the entirely equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors at the family-style table or step out onto the screened porch, where a dining set offers ocean-view meals in the fresh air.
Pelican Watch accommodates up to 10 guests across four roomy bedrooms.  The king primary and guest primary suites feature flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom offers direct access to furnished outdoor spaces with pretty beach or marsh vistas.
With direct beach access, guests can savor expansive ocean vistas right from the shore. After a day of swimming and sandcastle building, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take advantage of the private washer and dryer.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to gorgeous beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, spectacular island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Centre, where activities are open to all. 

 
Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Take advantage of a South Carolina state park pass supplied with the home. Or, take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where impressive waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
Security cameras are located outside of the home. These cameras are only activated when the home is vacant.




Family Animals - not allowed

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
