The Space:

Located on the north end of Fripp Island, this elegantly appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers beautiful golf course and ocean vistas. Just steps from the pool, golf course, and the freshly modernized Ocean Point Grille, the setting couldn’t be more ideal.



Step inside to an open-concept living area where the kitchen sits to the left, featuring stainless steel appliances and overlooking a roomy dining table. The adjoining living room, decorated in serene blues and whites, opens onto a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining set—ideal for appreciating ocean breezes.



The king primary suite is located adjacent to the living room and includes direct access to the back deck along with an en suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. At the front of the home, a second bedroom with a queen bed shares a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.



Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an en suite bath and walk-in shower, as well as a fourth bedroom furnished with A twin XL-over-queen bunkbed, a queen bed AND a twin-xl bed—ideal for kids or groups. Please note: this bunkroom does not have direct bathroom access; guests may use the bath in the bedroom across the hall or the hall bath downstairs.



Exterior highlights include a two-car garage, additional parking for two cars, and an outdoor shower for painless clean-up after the beach.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
