With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is room for up to 11 guests to stay comfortably.  The open concept living room and kitchen is ideal for family meals and calming after a day of exploring.  Sit and relax on the roomy back deck which overlooks a enormous lake.  The vistas from the living room and downstairs King suite are exceptional and the wildlife on Fripp is really one-of-a kind. 
Equipped with 6 intelligent TVs, including a 65" screen in the family room, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, this home ensures modern convenience.
The sleeping arrangements include 2 King Ensuites, ideal for couples traveling together, and 2 additional bedrooms including a double Queen suite and a bunk room.  A third bathroom is shared between the upstairs bedrooms.
A 6-seater golf cart is supplied with your stay and it’s a fast ride to the Ocean Point Grille, the golf course or the beach.  Get out and discover the island’s pools, dining, Activity Center and more.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
