Features include an outside deck, elegant ocean vistas, and a newly modernized kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers gorgeous patio vistas of the ocean. Comcast X1 DVR with Voice Remotes in the living room and King bedroom. There is no cable in the queen/bunkbed bedroom.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an charming way to visit to our unique amenities.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
