406 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a second-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Exercise Center, and more. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.

Features include an outside deck, handsome ocean vistas, and a freshly refreshed kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers striking patio vistas of the ocean. Comcast X1 DVR with Voice Remotes in the living room and King bedroom. There is no cable in the queen/bunkbed bedroom.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an elegant way to visit to our unique amenities.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
