This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.

Features include an outside deck, gorgeous ocean vistas, and a newly remodeled kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers striking patio vistas of the ocean. Comcast X1 DVR with Voice Remotes in the living room and King bedroom. There is no cable in the queen/bunkbed bedroom.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
