Welcome to 869 Fiddlers Ridge, aka The Blue Pearl, a striking 2-bedroom, 2-bath "treehouse" located right on the calming marsh. As you enter, you're greeted by a charmingly appointed living room that flows effortlessly into the kitchen and dining areas. The floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the home in natural light, offering spectacular vistas of the lush marsh just outside.
The refreshed kitchen features modern appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, ideal for preparing meals while appreciating the serene surroundings. The roomy primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en suite bath, offering both comfort and privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is adjacent to a hall bath with a calming soaker tub, ideal for unwinding after a long day. A stacked washer and dryer are available for convenience.
Step outside to your own private getaway—a massive screened-in gazebo with broad vistas of the marsh, ideal for watching wildlife or simply enjoying the peaceful scenery.
