Centrally located on Fripp Island, adjacent to the Beach Club and Sandbar, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the ideal place to savor the best Fripp Island has to offer! Just a short walk away is the beach and just steps to the left of your back deck is the pool for villa guests and members. Take your pick! This villa has newly been refurbished w/new beds, furnishings, furnishings, appliances, etc. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a view of the ocean from the deck and a king size Tempur-Pedic bed. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. Both bedrooms and living room have Streaming Roku TV's and Hargray Cable live T.V.. Multiple usb charger connections! These two bedrooms share a completely tiled bespoke bathroom with quartz countertop and step in shower. The 2nd entirely tiled bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a shower/tub combo.

Also located on the 1st floor is a L-Z Boy queen-aero bed sleeper couch. The kitchen is outfitted with the basics for cooking, and appliances to match. Keurig and drip coffee maker! Brand new Samsung oven with air frying capabilities added in 2025! Features of the property include streaming Roku TV's, DVD and VCR and Hargray high speed internet and cable. Crisp air conditioning and heat throughout the home. Full size washer and dryer located downstairs in the hallway. Pretty back patio with seating for 4 and a charcoal grille. The pool is just steps away from your back door!
