Just a short walk away is the beach and just steps to the left of your back deck is the pool for villa guests and members. Take your pick! This villa has freshly been refurbished w/new beds, furnishings, furnishings, appliances, etc. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a view of the ocean from the deck and a king size Tempur-Pedic bed. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. Both bedrooms and living room have Streaming Roku TV's and Hargray Cable live T.V.. Multiple usb charger connections! These two bedrooms share a entirely tiled bespoke bathroom with quartz countertop and step in shower. The 2nd completely tiled bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a shower/tub combo.

Also located on the 1st floor is a L-Z Boy queen-aero bed sleeper couch. The kitchen is supplied with the basics for cooking, and appliances to match. Keurig and drip coffee maker! Brand new Samsung oven with air frying capabilities added in 2025! Features of the property include streaming Roku TV's, DVD and VCR and Hargray high speed internet and cable.
