Rejuvenate in the sea air at a completely modernized 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor Beach Club condo overlooking the relaxing salt marsh in the heart of Fripp Island. With gorgeous expansive marsh and canal vistas from nearly every window and it's mid island location across the street from the beach, it really offers the best of both worlds. Please note that this is a 3rd floor condo and there is no elevator. The spectacular vistas are worth the stairs in our opinion, but we know that stairs are not an option for everybody!
Surrounded by wildlife preserves, maritime forests, bird-watching sites and sandy beaches, Fripp Island offers a feeling of total escape with simple access to eateries and shopping. Bring or rent cruiser bicycles to take advantage of the island's bicycle path, or rent a golf cart to discover the striking island and watch the many deer that wander.
High ceilings, professionally decorated with a couch, loveseat (with twin pullout bed), nautical accent chair and a sizable screen TV in the living room welcome you to relax and soak up the vistas. With an refreshed kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of counter space, the chefs in your event will be right at home. Guests also have access to the charcoal grille behind the complex and the private crabbing dock for beach villa guests only.
A screened porch with a high top table and 2 chairs to relax and appreciate the beach breeze offers sweeping vistas. There is also a back staircase and entrance to the porch.
Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in the 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms offer luxury linens, flat screen tv's and picture windows. A washer and dryer is also located in the unit. There is also a twin size pull out loveseat in the living room.
GOLF CARTS: If you want a golf cart or bicycle to get around the island, we recommend booking your rental with the Island Excursion. They have many options & can service the cart/bicycle immediately if necessary. Off-island vendors are also available. Be sure to reserve a gas golf carts there are no charging stations in the parking lot. Island Excursions will now rent golf carts without an amenities card.

Our top Rental home booking tips:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines have coupons for local tours and attractions.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- First, have your group decide on date ranges and a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. FRIPPNOUT'RAGEOUS Fripp Island Condo with OUTRAGEOUS Marsh Views! \n has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the property owner before reserving the home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
- Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the owner's contact info to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- During check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a terrific resource to find the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your rental home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
