The right wing of the home is designed for entertaining and showcases an open-concept gourmet kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, tiled backsplash, two dishwashers, and a stand-alone ice maker constructed into the island, which also offers seating for up to three guests. A conveniently located half bath is conveniently accessible off the kitchen.
The living and dining areas flow seamlessly together in an open floor plan, highlighted by a enormous sectional couch, broad windows, and direct access to the back deck ideal for indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs, the loft area provides an inviting getaway with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and queen-size sleeper couch, making it an ideal space to relax, entertain, or simply appreciate the scenery.

The left wing homes the private sleeping quarters. On the main level, you’ll find two cavernous guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds—connected by a well-designed Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This spa-like bath features two private water-closet rooms, each with its own vanity and bedroom access, along with a shared tiled walk-in shower and a jetted tub located centrally between the private water closet rooms.

Upstairs, a third guest suite offers a full-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower tub combo, which is also accessible from the hallway for guests staying in the loft area. Just down the hall, the impressive primary suite sits marsh-front, boasting commanding vistas of the Fripp marsh, Skull Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. This calming getaway includes a king-size bed, private wet bar, a modest private deck, and a well-appointed bath with double vanities, a jetted tub with tiled surround, and a bespoke tiled walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is just as impressive. Unwind on the expansive screened porch—ideal for catching evening breezes—or host memorable cookouts on the huge rear deck with the supplied gas grille, all surrounded by the relaxing beauty of the marsh. From the front porch, guests can also savor vistas of the Ocean Creek Golf Course, completing this home’s exceptional setting.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
