In the right wing, the gourmet kitchen and dining area flow gracefully into the family room, offering expansive marsh vistas. The kitchen is a culinary haven with bespoke cabinets, granite tops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, tiled backsplash, and 2 dishwashers. The upstairs loft area features a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and a queen-sized sleeper couch, creating an ideal gathering space with a view. In the left wing, discover the sleeping quarters. Downstairs offers two roomy guest bedrooms with a queen and double queen bed accommodations, and a extravagant Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a tiled shower and jetted tub.
