The Space:

Welcome to 125 Ocean Creek! This bespoke-constructed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home will captivate guests with its beautiful marsh vistas. Located in a beautiful Lowcountry setting, this residence features a unique courtyard design, seamlessly blending separate wings for sleeping quarters and family entertaining.



In the right wing of the home, the kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the cavernous family room, creating a welcoming gathering space with expansive vistas of the marsh.



The well appointed kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, tiled backsplash, two dishwashers, and a standalone ice maker conveniently located in the island. Whether preparing a family meal or entertaining a crowd, this kitchen is designed with both style and functionality in mind.



Upstairs, the inviting loft provides an additional gathering space complete with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and queen-size sleeper couch. With gorgeous vistas and plenty of room to relax, it is the ideal spot for appreciating time with family and friends.



In the left wing, you'll find the home's comfortable sleeping quarters. The two downstairs guest bedrooms are connected by a thoughtfully designed Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom area, complete with a single vanity and toilet. The two individual bathroom areas connect to a shared central room featuring a tiled shower and calming jetted tub, providing both convenience and privacy for the guests. The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second offers two queen-size beds.



Upstairs, the third guest suite offers a comfortable full-size bed and shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. Just down the hall, the marsh-front primary suite provides a spectacular getaway with commanding vistas of the Fripp Island marsh, Skull Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. The suite features a king-size bed, private wet bar, and a primary bathroom with double vanities, a jetted tub with tiled surround, and a bespoke tiled walk-in shower.



Savor the beauty of the outdoors from the roomy screened porch, an inviting spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The sizable rear deck is ideal for outdoor dining, cookouts, and gatherings, complete with a gas grille and surrounded by the peaceful natural beauty of the marsh. The garage is reserved for the homeowner and is not available for guest use.



The front porch offers beautiful vistas of the Ocean Creek Golf Course, providing yet another opportunity to take in the breathtaking surroundings.



Also included with your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, eateries and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
