The Space:

Marsh Mellow is a enchanting one-story home located at the southern end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Features include a completely equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, and cable TV.



The primary bedroom at the back of the home features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with countless vistas. The ensuite offers a double vanity, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and a constructed-in vanity cabinet for added convenience.



At the front of the home, two bedrooms—a queen and a twin—share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo for convenience. The third front bedroom, a queen, features its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers the opportunity to mellow out with gorgeous porch vistas of the marsh. The garage is reserved for the homeowner and is not available for guest use.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
