Tastefully upgraded throughout, the open-concept kitchen serves as the hub of activity and is entirely supplied with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and ample cookware — ready for everything from fast breakfasts to a full family dinner.
Upstairs, you'll find a cavernous two-bedroom family suite. The owner's room includes a private balcony and ensuite bathroom, plus a dedicated kid's bunk room — ideal for the little ones to have their own space. Downstairs features two additional roomy bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access, giving multiple families or generations room to spread out without feeling cramped.
For rainy days or downtime between beach trips on your included 6-seater golf cart, the home comes outfitted with board games, books, chess, checkers, puzzles, and cards. FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a second pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests who show up with a dog without approval.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You'll have full access to impressive beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, spectacular island parks, and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Centre, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady's Island, Beaufort, and Port Royal, where beautiful waterfronts, historic sites, shopping, and local dining await!
Fripp Island is the ultimate relaxing family hideaway — full of natural beauty and a calm, calming ambiance. Appreciate the beach just a short ride away in your supplied 6-seat golf cart, with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and umbrella ready to go. We would be delighted to have you and your family as our guests and hope you appreciate it here as much as we do!



No amenities/club cards available to purchase.  You will not be able to access pools, eateries, the golf course or other resort facilites on the island.  You cannot purchase luxury/club cards directly from the resort.  You must rent from an owner who says in their listing they have them for purchase.  That is the only way to get them. For a lot of families, they are not needed to have a excellent time.  Just depends on how you like to vacation.  :0)
Family Animals - allowed

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort conveniences, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
