Furry friends welcome! Bring the entire family, including your pet, and savor expansive vistas of the Ocean Creek Golf Course and surrounding lagoons from the huge, screened porch or the outdoor firepit. Tastefully upgraded throughout, the open concept kitchen serves as the hub of activity and features quartz countertops as well as stainless appliances and ample cookware. You’ll appreciate a roomy two bedroom family suite on the second floor. The owner's room includes a private balcony and ensuite bathroom, in addition to a great space for kids with bunk beds. Downstairs features two, cavernous bedrooms each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access. 
- FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
- Golf Cart IncludedClub cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.  Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, stores, the Marina deli or Springtide market.  The community center activities also do not require a card. 
Fripp Island is the ultimate peaceful hideaway. Full of natural beauty and a calm and calming ambiance. Get ready to enjoy it for yourself with the supplied beach toys, chairs, cooler and umbrella - the beach is a short ride away in the included, 6-seat golf cart. No luxury/club cards available to purchase.  You will not be able to access pools, eateries, the golf course or other resort facilites on the island.  You cannot purchase luxury/club cards directly from the resort.  You must rent from an owner who says in their listing they have them for purchase.  That is the only way to get them. For a lot of families, they are not needed to have a magnificent time.  Just depends on how you like to vacation.  :0)

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Fripp Island. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • In the Beaufort, SC area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.
