Appreciate watching dolphins frolic in the ocean, pelicans perched on the sandbar, and full moons that light up the nighttime. Located up only one flight of stairs, this first floor, corner villa, is the closet unit to the parking lot and pool. North Hampton Villas are located in Ocean Pointe, have their own private pool (no cards required) and are just five min. walk to the closest beach access.
Located 23 miles from historic Beaufort, SC, Fripp Island is a private, gated community with 3.5 miles of beach and the home to various wildlife to include deer, alligators, loggerhead turtles, over 140 different bird species and much more! Great restaurant options in between Beaufort and Fripp to include: Johnson Creek Tavern, Another Slice, Foolish Frog, Shrimp Shack, Beetos, and a local, fresh fish market, Gay's.Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, stores, the Marina deli or Springtide market. The community center activities also do not require a card.
The master suite with a queen size bed showcases striking ocean vistas, a window nook great for reading and coffee, a full bathroom, and new TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, a private full bath, a new TV, and room for a pack and play (not supplied) if needed. The kitchen includes a Keurig and regular coffee pot, crockpot, mini air fryer, indoor electric George Foreman, blender, electric griddle, low country boil pot, new refrigerator, and all other kitchen necessities for an painless cooking experience.Additional Conveniences: Full size washer and dryer, intelligent TVs with streaming capabilities in each room, 4-8 beach towels, soft cooler, 2 beach chairs, towels and linens included, board games and books, starter toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
