Travel to the end of the world—or at least the tip of Fripp Island—at this premier 5-bedroom, 5-and-a-half-bath home tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac just steps from the beach and Skull Inlet. Surrounded by sweeping ocean, canal, and marsh vistas, this exceptional getaway offers 3520 square feet of living space, style, and memorable Lowcountry scenery from every angle, and will comfortably accommodate 12!



Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a cavernous entryway designed for painless island living—ideal for dropping beach bags, unloading groceries, or simply taking a moment to relax.



The main level serves as the heart of the home and features a sizable open-concept living space, highlighted by vaulted shiplap ceilings with exposed beams, creating a bright and airy coastal feel. The well-appointed kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including an undercounter ice maker, and fashonable gray cabinetry. Multiple dining options make gathering effortless, including a breakfast table seating 6, a dining table for 8, and 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where a plush sectional couch affords 2 walls of windows that allow for a expansive view of the surrounding natural beauty of the beach, Skull Inlet, Pritchard’s Island, and handsome marshes.



Just off the living room, a roomy screened porch invites outdoor living at its best. Equipped with a Big Green Egg, gas grille, dining table, and multiple seating areas, this space is ideal for al fresco meals and evening gatherings. An open deck beyond the screened porch provides the ideal perch for taking in spectacular sunset vistas, seeing dolphins cruising the open waters, or watching your family play on the broad beach.



3 bedrooms are located on the main level. The primary suite enjoys serene marsh and canal vistas and features a king bed, couch, a dedicated office space, and access to the screened porch. The en suite bathroom includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a private water closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each offer king beds and en suite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. A full laundry room and a convenient half bath complete this level.



Upstairs, you’ll find a fun and functional bunk room with 4 constructed-in twin beds, an en-suite bath featuring double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a private water closet. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
