Off the kitchen is a enormous laundry room/mudroom with bespoke cabinets that provide max. storage. The laundry room/mudroom provides access to the lower level and garage.
This oceanfront home has 5 bedrooms and 6 total bathrooms, 2 of which are half baths.  There are 2 King primaries with ensuites, both with ocean vistas.  The main floor primary has a private porch that provides striking vistas of Fripp Inlet and Hunting Island, the ideal location for watching dolphin and shorebirds.  Bedroom #3 is a Queen ensuite and bedroom #4, the bunk room, has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds as well as a queen to sleep 6 guests.  Finally, bedroom #5 has a queen sized bed.
Completing this unique ocean and golf estate is a pretty oceanfront pool surrounded by elegant travertine tile. Heated for comfort and available for swimming from March through October, it’s the ideal spot to relax in the gentle Lowcountry breeze. Private and overlooking both the Atlantic and Fripp Island inlet, there is no better place to appreciate the breeze and scenery offered by the Lowcountry.
Appreciate exploring the island in the 4-seat electric golf cart, supplied with your stay.  The nature on the island is striking and the Resort offers amenities including golf, tennis, dining and more.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
