Welcome to 111 Cardinal Crest, a striking 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal getaway designed for comfort and elegant vistas. Step inside to find two inviting living spaces—one centered around a comfortable fireplace (fireplace not for guest use), the other showcasing broad ocean vistas framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the deck.



The open-concept layout includes a dining area with both a dining table and a chic bar with bar stools, ideal for gathering with friends and family. A delightfully appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a prep island with sink, and plenty of counter space for effortless entertaining.



Wake up to water vistas in the primary suite, complete with private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a opulent en suite bath boasting a double vanity, cavernous walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a serene spa-like design. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and en suite bath and the other with a queen— it shares a light-filled hall bath with a skylight and tub/shower combination. with the 2 full beds in the upstairs loft. Both downstairs bedrooms feature impressive window seats overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard.

During your stay, take advantage of the supplied 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural breathtaking beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation. Please note: the golf cart in the garage is for the owner's personal use. The cart included with rental can be picked up at Fripp Island Carts at 203 Tarpon Blvd.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
