Step inside to find two inviting living spaces—one centered around a comfortable fireplace (fireplace not for guest use), the other showcasing broad ocean vistas framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the deck.

The open-concept layout includes a dining area with both a dining table and a beautiful bar with bar stools, ideal for gathering with friends and family. A charmingly appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a prep island with sink, and plenty of counter space for effortless entertaining.

Wake up to water vistas in the primary suite, complete with private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a extravagant en suite bath boasting a double vanity, cavernous walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a serene spa-like design. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and en suite bath and the other with a queen— it shares a light-filled hall bath with a skylight and tub/shower combination. with the 2 full beds in the upstairs loft. Both downstairs bedrooms feature beautiful window seats overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard.

Please note: the golf cart in the garage is for the owner's personal use. The cart supplied with rental can be picked up at Fripp Island Carts at 203 Tarpon Blvd.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
