A elegantly appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a prep island with sink, and plenty of counter space for effortless entertaining.

Wake up to water vistas in the primary suite, complete with private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a opulent en suite bath boasting a double vanity, cavernous walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a serene spa-like design. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and en suite bath and the other with a queen— it shares a light-filled hall bath with a skylight and tub/shower combination. with the 2 full beds in the upstairs loft. Both downstairs bedrooms feature striking window seats overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard.
