The open-concept layout includes a dining area with both a dining table and a classy bar with bar stools, ideal for gathering with friends and family. A handsomely appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a prep island with sink, and plenty of counter space for effortless entertaining.

Wake up to water vistas in the primary suite, complete with private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a opulent en suite bath boasting a double vanity, roomy walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a serene spa-like design. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and en suite bath and the other with a queen— it shares a light-filled hall bath with a skylight and tub/shower combination. with the 2 full beds in the upstairs loft. Both downstairs bedrooms feature impressive window seats overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard.

Please note: the golf cart in the garage is for the owner's personal use. The cart supplied with rental can be picked up at Fripp Island Carts at 203 Tarpon Blvd.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
