Designed for comfort and flexibility, this home is ideal for family vacations, golf getaways, and groups looking to relax in a gorgeous Lowcountry setting.



The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and opens to a dining area that seats eight. Just beyond the dining room is a comfortable additional sitting room featuring a huge TV and a pull-out futon that converts to a twin bed, providing additional sleeping space for a kid or additional guest.



Step outside and appreciate the home’s inviting outdoor living spaces. The private deck offers dining for six and cozy lounge seating with relaxing golf course vistas—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach or on the course. The courtyard provides a convenient space to rinse off after the beach and includes access to a gas/charcoal grille.



The main living room is ideal for gathering, with comfortable seating, a sizable TV, and a wet bar with a mini refrigerator for added convenience.



The thoughtfully designed layout provides both privacy and flexibility for families and groups. On the main level, you'll find two guest bedrooms. One features a queen bed with a twin trundle and an abundance of windows that fill the room with natural light. The second guest room offers a king bed and convenient access to a spacious bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. You can also close off this bathroom to create a private ensuite for the king bedroom.



The lower level features a private guest suite with a king bed that can effortlessly be converted into two twin beds, making it an superb option for kids or friends traveling together. This room includes its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct courtyard access.



Occupying the upper level, the private primary suite offers a peaceful getaway with ample natural light and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Your unit includes a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
