The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for family meals and casual gatherings, flowing comfortably into the living and dining spaces. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, there’s plenty of room for up to ten guests to spread out and relax.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a full ensuite and a sitting area with deep seating and striking vistas of the Atlantic.  An additional queen, ensuite guest room is great for couples traveling together.  Bedroom #3 has a queen and bedroom #4 has 2 full beds.  These two guest rooms share a full bath.  There is also a pack and play in the home.

Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring a huge multi-level deck and patio with a retractable electronic awning, an outdoor grille, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days. An enclosed garage offers dedicated guest storage for beach gear as well as 2, 4-seat golf carts which are included, making it painless to discover the island, spot wildlife, and appreciate everything Fripp has to offer.

If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
