With four bedrooms and three baths, this home provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. On the main level, a king bed awaits in the bedroom, accompanied by a shared bathroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with serene lagoon vistas and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms offer a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a hall bathroom conveniently close by. The residence features gorgeous expansive vistas of the ocean and the wildlife-filled lagoon, offering captivating sunsets from its roomy decks, screened porch, and even the living area. Entertainment amenities include cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a Samsung washer and dryer for added convenience. A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an charming way to visit our unique amenities, as well as take a ride to Beach Club Greene after dinner for some ice cream!

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
