Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with serene lagoon vistas and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms offer a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a hall bathroom conveniently close by. The residence features gorgeous expansive vistas of the ocean and the wildlife-filled lagoon, offering captivating sunsets from its roomy decks, screened porch, and even the living area. Entertainment amenities include cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a Samsung washer and dryer for added convenience. Comfortably accommodating up to nine guests, 355 Ocean Point ensures a enchanting stay for all.



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
