Step into a charmingly crafted 17th-century designed Cape Cod beach home, where classic appeal meets modern comfort. This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence located on Marlin Drive offers unparalleled ocean vistas, with beach access just two doors down.

On the main level, a cavernous and well-equipped kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts. Two dining areas offer versatility, complemented by the living room - a comfortable spot for relaxation or entertainment. Appreciate the sizable wrap-around back deck with a gas grille to enhance your coastal getaway. Also located on the main floor are three of the bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a twin-sized day bed with a twin trundle bed. Additional guest rooms are located just down the hall. One with two twin beds and another with a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the back deck.

Ascend to the second level to discover a loft area with a queen sleeper couch. The ideal space for entertaining or accommodating additional guests. As well as the remaining bedrooms. The upstairs guest bedroom offers full and twin-sized bed accommodations, accompanied by a cozy window nook for ocean breezes and leisurely reading. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
