The Space:

769 Marlin Drive is a five-bedroom, four-bath oceanfront home located on the north end of Fripp Island. With multiple living spaces, numerous outdoor areas, and sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests, the home works well for families and bigger groups. Beach access is just a short walk from the property.



The main level includes a roomy kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space for preparing meals for a group. Two dining areas provide additional seating, and the close by living room offers a comfortable place to gather, watch TV, or relax after a day outside.



Three bedrooms are located on the main level. One bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, another has two twin beds, and the third has a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the back deck.



Upstairs, a loft area with a queen sleeper couch provides a second living space as well as additional sleeping accommodations. Two more bedrooms are located on this level. One guest bedroom has a full-size bed and twin bed along with a window seating area.



The upstairs primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and its own balcony overlooking the ocean. The primary bathroom includes a separate shower and soaking tub. A window seating area in the bedroom provides another spot to appreciate the ocean view.



Outdoor space is a major part of the home. The enormous wraparound back deck provides plenty of room for the group to spend time outside and includes a gas grille for cooking. The primary bedroom's private balcony provides an additional outdoor area on the second floor.



A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for guest use, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.



769 Marlin Drive is close to Ocean Point Golf Course and other north-island amenities. The close by beach access provides access to the beach throughout the day, while the supplied golf cart makes it painless to reach pools, eateries, the marina, golf courses, and other areas around Fripp Island.



A four-seat golf cart is supplied with the rental, excluding monthly units.



Up to 13 Fripp Island Resort guest cards are also included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, eateries and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the exercise center, and other Resort facilities.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located roughly 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, eateries, walking and cycling paths, and equipment units.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.
