The Space:

823 Bonito is a splendid 3 story home located centrally on Fripp Island with a beautiful marshland view! This pet friendly, bespoke 5 bedroom, 4.5-bath home was constructed on an upsized lot with plenty of room for family fun or events with Google Intelligent Home capabilities for your convenience. Just a short walk to the beach or marina, this home is located amidst golf, pools, marina stores, tennis, and the beach! There are 2 stories of wrap-around porches, accepting you to take advantage of the marsh view from all bedrooms on the back of the home. This home will comfortably sleep up to 11 comfortably.



Starting on the 2nd floor, the primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath. Also on the 2nd floor is a bunk room with a full bottom and twin on top, a queen bedroom and a tv room with a twin daybed with trundle and laundry area. All bedrooms in the home besides the tv room have an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo! The TV bedroom has a private balcony, a great place to overlook Bonito Road and the surrounding area. All other bedrooms have access to the wraparound decks on their designated floor.



On the 1st floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a half bath located near the entry for simple access. The open kitchen has brand-new appliances, countertops, a drip and Keurig coffee maker and houseware accepting you to stay in and prepare your favorite meals. There is an undercounter ice maker at the bar and an ice maker in the refrigerator for those hot summer days! A sizable, open living space combines the entry, dining room and kitchen for plenty of space to be together.



Features of the home include high-speed wireless internet throughout the home, 6 Roku TV's (one in each bedroom and the living room) with intelligent tv capabilities and YouTube TV Streaming Services and Music. Google Intelligent Home Capabilities allow hands complimentary commands throughout the home and on the main deck. Just say, hey google turn on the music! Other features include a basketball hoop in the driveway (byobasketball), cornhole and a 2nd refrigerator in the roomy garage/carport. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
