823 Bonito is a gorgeous 3 story home located centrally on Fripp Island with a gorgeous marshland view! This pet friendly, bespoke 5 bedroom, 4.5-bath home was constructed on an upsized lot with plenty of room for family fun or events with Google Intelligent Home capabilities for your convienience. This home has two stories of wrap-around porches, taking advantage of the marsh view and accepting private access from each of the bedrooms. This home will comfortably sleep up to 11 comfortably.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite bath. Also on the second floor is a bunk room with a full bottom and twin on top and a queen bedroom, both with ensuite baths. All full bathrooms in the home have a tub shower combo! Lastly on the second floor is a TV room with a daybed and trundle. This bedroom has a private deck and the laundry room.

On the first floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and a half bath located near the entry for painless access. The open kitchen has brand-new appliances, countertops, and equipment accepting you to stay in and prepare your favorite meals. There is an undercounter ice maker at the bar and an ice maker in the refrigerator for those hot summer days! A sizable, open living space combines the entry, dining room and kitchen for plenty of space to be together. Just a short walk to the beach or marina, this home is located amidst golf, pools, marina stores, tennis, and the beach!

Features of the home include high-speed wireless internet throughout the home, 6 Roku TV's (one in each bedroom and the living room) with intelligent tv capabilities and YouTube TV Streaming Services and Music. Google Intelligent Home Capabilities allow hands complimentary commands throughout the home and on the main deck. Just say, hey google turn on the music! Other features include a basketball hoop in the driveway (byobasketball) and an indoor cornhole and 2nd refrigerator in the cavernous garage. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
