The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king bed with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, a tub, and a separate shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The 1st guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a private bathroom, tub and a separate shower. The den has a twin daybed, and the 4th bedroom has a queen and shares a bathroom with the den. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Features include a crow's nest with seating, a deck with a dinner table and additional seating, a huge open living room and kitchen, 3 Intelligent TVs with your favorite streaming applications, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Covered porches along the first floor, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is a 2nd refrigerator located in the garage for simple access.
The kitchen, living and dining room blend together to create a splendid open floor plan to allow for being together. Generous driveway accepts for 5 parking spots. Garage access is now allowed, starting in May 2025, which normally accepts for 2 more cars inside. PLEASE no parking in the grass in the front yard! Dumbwaiter is not for guest use please.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
