This amazing home is located on a outstanding beach block, mins. away from all of Fripp Island's amenities. A throwback area of true beach living, steps away from the hordes, yet mins. to everywhere you want to be!

If you listen you will hear the waves crash, the birds singing and palm fronds rustling as deer walk through the yard. The sounds of nature at her best.

Home includes sleeping for eight: one king room; two queen rooms; and one twin room with two XL twin beds. Two bathrooms.

Open and roomy, this home sits on a huge lot with seven live oak trees. Sit back and sip and swivel on the lanai surrounded with flora and fauna and even a few deer on occasion. Grand outdoor deck with patio set and charcoal grille.

Kitchen is equipped for family cooking, laughing and dining together. Crab pot is ready for your catch or Frogmore Stew. Savor the natural light of two skylights and striking recycled glass counters that shimmer and sparkle. Up to the task of any meals you have planned!

Great room has comfortable down filled couch and sunroom chairs, ideal for conversation, watching TV or family game nights. Unwind in this comfortable home, put your feet up on the coffee table and kick back!

All guestrooms are furnished with alluring linens, multiple pillows and little niceties. Each room is unique with vistas.

Your visit will include the use of our golf cart for four, three beach cruisers and multiple sand toys.

I spent my childhood summers on Fripp many years ago and shared the island with our our kids as they grew up. To now share it with our grandchildren is an spectacular feeling. This home offered everything we needed for three generations of our family. Michelle was available every step of the way and ensured our time at her property was nothing short of spectacular. A trip we will never forget!

We LOVED our time on Fripp and at this home. We had stayed at other properties in the past and never knew of this modest tucked away area that offers close proximity to the Beach Club and courses and most importantly the beach! Owners were great to work with, we will definitely be back.

Will return next chance we get. Kitchen was well equipped, linens were great and decor was handsome - it was like we were at a luxury hotel. Thoughtful touches. Michelle answered every one of our crazy redundant questions which now seem so silly. She was very patient, I savor her calm and reassuring demeanor. As stressed as I was she made it anxiety complimentary.

We thought the photos were cute when we booked, however, once we got to the property and made ourselves at home we fell in appreciate. Everything was in order and well cleaned. All of the offerings (cart, grille, chairs, toys) made this an painless choice. Hope the owners have availability the next time we want to come down!

We appreciated our stay in this home. It was well arranged and equipped. The sunroom was ideal for reading and games. It’s a very short trip to the beach access. Michelle was magnificent to work with!

This was our first time to Fripp and we adored it. The home was a great location and we really appreciated the layout. The kitchen was great and I adored the furnishings. It’s obvious the owners have made many improvements, we really adored our time at the home and on the island. The owners were great with answering my annoying questions, too!

5/5 Magical - We were so smitten by Dragon's Treasure
Our trip started out with us desperately seeking 2 nights accommodation on Fripp Island because our check-in for our scheduled rental was delayed because of plumbing issues. Thank you Michelle for being so gracious and letting us stay. Dragon's Treasure has literally been freshly acquired, completely modernized and fortunately for us just made available for rental. We spent a glorious 2 days, feeling like we were staying in a featured home in an design magazine but it was clear that it was furnished with appreciate and style. Pretty unique fixtures and comfortable ultra quality furnishings. We adore to prepare and the kitchen not only had new appliances but was thoughtfully designed where we could gather. Wait til you see the counters! Excellent linens and of so cozy beds, we were in heaven. Lots of natural light. It's a short walk to the beach in a gorgeous neighborhood on a great beach block. We really enjoyed sitting out on the sizable outdoor deck, with solid stable furnishings, drinks in hand. We really enjoyed tooling around in the 4 seater golf cart. All in our group will definitely made this home our first choice, as soon as we can settle on dates we are booking again right away for later this year. Thank you so much for having us

Our family of seven really enjoyed our time in this peaceful and pleasant home. The fact that it's a very short walk to a beautiful beach was a great asset. We appreciated how clean and BRAND NEW everything was and how thoughtful the owners were in the booking process. We cooked many meals at home, the kitchen was well supplied with all of the necessary tools and silverware. The use of a new golf cart was a real plus and made for some fun adventures as we made our way around the island for various purposes. We have stayed at numerous places on Fripp over the years but Dragon's Treasure felt most like home to us. We hope to return very soon and will treasure our memories for years to come!
