Welcome to Frippin' Point—a spectacular 5-bedroom, 5-full bath and one 1/2 bath bespoke-constructed home that can conveniently accommodate 12 guests, making it ideal for families or sizable groups. Appreciate spectacular marsh and ocean vistas, a screened-in patio, and 360-degree vistas from the widow's peak—and the beach is just a few steps away!
Entrance to the home is located via the front door, where you'll find a modest entryway, and access to the garage. To access the main floor, you'll go up two flights of steps to the main entry. Here you'll find a half bath with doors that open to a modest balcony that overlooks Tarpon Blvd.
The open-plan living area is located on the main floor. Here you'll find a chic living room with a vaulted beamed ceiling and an abundance of windows that allow for brilliant light to enter the space, while also showcasing spectacular vistas of the beach and the ocean. The living room comes replete with a sizeable sectional couch, an armchair, and a enormous flatscreen TV—ideal for movie nighttime! Access to a alluring screened-in porch with outdoor seating. Here, you can delight in spectacular vistas of the ocean and inlet while dining al fresco!
The living room flows seamlessly into the very well-equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to create meals for a crowd. The kitchen features granite countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and an island with a double sink and dishwasher, along with 4 bar stools. Guests can savor their meals at one of two dining tables adjacent to the kitchen.

The king-sized primary bedroom is located on the main floor and comes replete with access to a screened-in deck with impressive marsh vistas, a modest office area, and a flatscreen TV. You'll find two additional bedrooms down the hall from the primary bedroom. The first bedroom comes replete with a king-sized bed, marsh vistas, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a shower-over-tub. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, vistas that overlook the street and the ocean, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub.
There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. The bunk room can accommodate four. It's complete with a modest desk area and flatscreen TV, along with a window that looks out onto the marsh. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower, a dual vanity, and a separate room with toilet. The second bedroom on this floor features a king-sized bed, broad marsh vistas, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub.
There is a washer and dryer in the hallway on the first floor.
