The Space:

716 Swordfish Road is a six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath oceanview home located near the center of Fripp Island. With two living areas, a huge screened porch, a pool table, and space for up to 14 guests, the home is well suited for bigger families and groups. Beach access is just steps from the property.



The home is spread across two floors, giving bigger groups room to separate while still having plenty of shared space.



The first floor includes a living area and kitchenette, along with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. A sunroom with a full-size pool table provides an additional gathering space and opens to the outdoor seating and grilling area. This level works well as its own space for members of the group who want a little more privacy.



Upstairs, the main living area has an open layout connecting the full kitchen, dining space, and living room. The kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals for a bigger group and is equipped with the cookware, dishes, and appliances needed during your stay.



One of the main features of the home is the sizable screened-in porch. With plenty of seating and ocean vistas, it provides an additional living and dining space where everybody can spend time outside while staying covered. The surrounding front deck offers even more outdoor seating and vistas toward the ocean.



Four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs, bringing the home's total sleeping capacity to 14 guests.



Outside, the home includes a backyard, grilling area, and multiple places to sit and gather. Beach access is located just steps from the front of the property, making trips back and forth from the home convenient throughout the day.



The home has high-speed Wi-Fi and four T.V.s with streaming capabilities.



A four-seat golf cart is supplied with the rental. The golf cart provides an simple way to get around Fripp Island and travel to the beach, pools, eateries, marina, golf courses, and other Resort areas.



Up to 14 Fripp Island Resort guest cards are also supplied with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, eateries and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the exercise center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located roughly 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, eateries, walking and cycling paths, and equipment units.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.
