Everyone over the age of 13 must have an amenities pass to use the conveniences (pools, eateries, etc.). The summer weekly fee of $55 per pass and the 12.8% resort fee is paid directly to the FI Club upon arrival. Summer units (June - August) are from Saturday to Saturday only. For holidays such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's prices and length of stay may be adjusted. Longer term units during the fall and winter are considered. A four seated Golf cart is supplied with rental.
About the Area
Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club. Kayaking and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
