On the right side, another king-size bedroom features an ensuite bathroom complete with a constructed-in vanity, double sinks, a shower-tub combination, and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom accommodates multiple guests with a full-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

For added convenience, the home has a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the garage, which is supplied with corn hole, beach chairs, and beach toys.
