On the main level, the roomy king primary suite offers marsh vistas, direct access to the back deck, a intelligent TV, and a spa-like en-suite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a enormous walk-in closet, along with a versatile office/day bedroom featuring a twin day bed and workspace, plus a shared full bath and laundry. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: a queen and twin suite with a private bath and balcony, a queen bedroom with a walk-in closet and access to a private deck with marsh vistas, and a bunk room with a full-over-twin combo—ideal for kids or teens—along with shared bath access.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
