This completely outfitted home is located on the south side of the Island and provides a spectacular ocean front experience with all the amenities of home. From handsome sun rises to striking sunsets - that you can savor from the living room, sunroom, master bedroom or the deck.

Open and roomy for family time, meals, games and movie nighttime; or private enclaves for reading a book or watching TV - you have everything you need for a great vacation!

There are 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath, a enormous kitchen with island seating, a dining room that seats 8, huge family room, sun room, and a sizable laundry room.

The Living Room has a sizable leather sectional, TV, stereo, card table, desk and reading nook; with an adjoining sunroom that has a comfortable leather couch, recliner and TV.

The Kitchen is entirely supplied, big and cavernous for ease of cooking, entertaining and appreciating appetizers and a glass of wine at the island while catching vistas of the ocean.

The 4 bedrooms each have full private baths, huge closets, TVs and seating. The master has a king bed, couch; and hottub with separate shower in the ensuite. Two bedrooms have two queen beds each, and the fourth has one queen bed - providing for cozy sleeping for 12.

The deck has 2 tables each with an umbrella and 4 chairs, as well as 4 loungers and a gas grille.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, as well as a large sink.

Additional conveniences include an elevator, wet bar with mini refrigerator and ice maker, ceiling fans in every room (including bathrooms), beach furnishings, outside shower with hot AND cold water, parking for 4 cars; and is conveniently located only one block from the Beach Club, adult only pool, Olympic pool, stores, restaurant, food court and tennis courts/pickle ball.
