Step outside onto the roomy deck, with a portion of it screened in, providing ample seating for everybody to bask in the exhilarating salty breeze on a warm summer day. This family-friendly home features a detached garage turned game room, complete with an additional refrigerator and TV, ensuring countless entertainment possibilities. The broad backyard offers ample space for outdoor play, while plentiful parking caters to the needs of the entire family.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units), accepting guests to park their cars upon arrival and appreciate the natural breathtaking beauty of the island at a leisurely pace. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
