We've got binoculars for you to use—birdseed is included! Sunsets, shifting tides through the marsh grass, and boats cruising Old House Creek add to the magic.

This bright, open "treehouse" style home brings the outdoors in while offering comfort and space for up to 6 guests.
Outdoor Living & Fun

Appreciate morning coffee or evening beverages on the multiple decks and outdoor seating areas. A beach closet downstairs is outfitted with bocce, cornhole, beach umbrellas, a Shibumi shade tent, and more. There's also a game cupboard for family game nights.
Getting Around Fripp

A 4-seat electric golf cart is supplied—ideal for exploring the island,  The beach is just a short ride away.

MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT We're proud to offer a 10% Military First Responder discount to active military and veterans as well as first responders including law enforcement, fire and EMS. Verification is simple, but required.
FAMILY PETS: Dogs only; family pets must be preapproved. Guests will be required to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-returnable pet fee of $150 for the first dog and $75 for a second. An additional $300 fee will be charged if a dog arrives without prior approval. Please do not allow pets access to the newly carpeted upstairs bedrooms when you are away.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, stores, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
