Come experience a "REEL FRIPPIN' VIEW". This calming family home offers marsh living at its best with countless wildlife watching and spectacular sunsets. Wake up to the sounds of nature and 180 degrees of marsh vistas. Bring your binoculars, there is a lot to see!This comfortable home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths all on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 adult queen bunk beds with a second bath right outside the door. The third bedroom has a twin bed.This home is very roomy (2 living rooms) and has plenty of space for family gatherings.The sitting deck overlooks the marsh and there is an additional deck that offers a getaway amongst the palms that feels like an island hideaway. Appreciate morning coffee, reading a book, afternoon tea, or wine with sunsets from either area. The gas grille is located on the bottom level near the garage.There is a 6-seat golf cart supplied which is the best way to take in the island. You are just a few mins.' ride to the beach, marina, Springtide market, kayak rental, pools, eateries, pickleball/tennis courts, golf courses, exercise center, walking trails and many other amenities.
