This home offers a enormous King size master bedroom with a private deck and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is a Queen bedroom, with two Queen beds, a private full bathroom, and access to the front porch. Also on the first level there is a Full bedroom with two Full beds, private full bath, and access to the front porch through sliding doors.

The sizable screened in back porch is ideal for morning coffee and after dinner drinks while you marvel at all the natural beauty and wildlife of Fripp Island. The living area has plenty of room for you and your family to appreciate a late nighttime movie, or tune into your favorite Golf tournament. The kitchen comes equipped with all you'll need during your stay in addition to a breakfast nook with bay windows to check out the deer as they pass by!

**The Fripp Island Resort has instituted a new fee on the purchase of guest club cards for all reservations booked after 3/3/2023. This fee (12.8%) will be assessed on the gross rental total of the booking (nightly rate x #nights) and will be in addition to the price of the club cards. This fee is only collected if club cards are purchased by the guest. Please be aware that this is not a fee passed on to iTrip or the individual owner but rather assessed by and paid to the Fripp Island Resort.**

This vacation home is located in Saint Helena Island. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Fort Fremont are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Legends Golf Course at Parris Island.
