Charming Charleston Style Beach Cottage with Ocean Vistas and Four Verandas. Appreciate the vistas of the ocean and Pritchards Island. The home is located on the southern most tip of Fripp Island on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Walk to Cabana Club Pool, fishing pier, Animal Sanctuary, and Kids Club.
Updates throughout the entire home include new kitchen, baths, floor, furnishings and beds. The first floor features a kitchen and living room open concept with french doors to screened-in porch.  There is also a  bedroom with a queen bed and twin daybed with refreshed bath and private veranda. The second floor offers a sizable bedroom with two queen beds and veranda, laundry room and primary bedroom with king size bed, updated bath with enormous soaking tub. The primary bedroom offers a private veranda with handsome vistas of the Ocean and Pritchards Island. 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Amenity Club Cards are available for purchase that will give you access to all Eateries, Pools, Gym, Golfing and Tennis.   Golf Carts are the main means of transportation on the island and one will be supplied with your stay.
 
Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
