This delightful bungalow is located on the south side of Fripp mins. from the ocean marina, bonito boathouse and cabana club, along with the central part of the island and the beach. This elegant bungalow has been newly refreshed with fresh paint throughout the inside and outside, new floors and new furnishings in the living room and dining room. These 2 rooms blend together with the kitchen to create a gorgeous living space for family and friends, with privacy in the bedrooms when needed.
The primary bedroom upstairs has a new king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hottub tub-shower combo. Both downstairs bedrooms have two new queen beds with an en-suite bathroom. The right bedroom has a tub shower combo while the left bedroom has a step-in shower with dual showerheads.
The huge screened in porch with rocking chairs is a great place to hang out.

Features of this home include high speed wireless internet and intelligent TV's equipped with Hulu Live TV and streaming in each bedroom, as well as the living room. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need to stay in and prepare including an air fryer and crock pot. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator and Keurig and drip coffee machines as well. Lastly, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long calming day at the beach and a gas grille located by the entrance of the home.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an impressive way to visit our unique amenities.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
