The first floor of this residence features four roomy bedrooms, each accompanied by its own en-suite bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The master suite stands out with a huge walk-in closet and a opulent en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and hottub tub. Double doors open to a porch that wraps around the home and offers steps down to the backyard.

The waterfront yard is a serene getaway surrounded by mature foliage and is equipped with a finished dock, ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or mooring your boat. At roughly 2 feet deep during low tides, this waterfront heaven provides swift access to the ocean, catering to water enthusiasts.

For your convenience, a 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and utilize the golf cart as their primary mode of transportation. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
