The adjoining dining area creates an inviting ambiance, and the well-appointed kitchen features tiled countertops, a breakfast area, an island, and modern stainless-steel appliances. Step onto the second-story screened porch to savor broad vistas and year-round outdoor enjoyment.

The first floor of this residence features four roomy bedrooms, each accompanied by its own en-suite bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The master suite stands out with a sizable walk-in closet and a opulent en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and hottub tub. Double doors open to a porch that wraps around the home and offers steps down to the backyard.

The waterfront yard is a serene getaway surrounded by mature foliage and is equipped with a finished dock, ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or mooring your boat. At roughly 2 feet deep during low tides, this waterfront heaven provides swift access to the ocean, catering to water enthusiasts.

Located near the end of Crooked Creek Lane and adjacent to the last home on the canal, this location promises tranquility and tranquility, making it an island paradise. Despite its secluded ambiance, you are just mins. away from golf, tennis, community pools, playgrounds, and, of course, the impressive beach.

For your convenience, a 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and utilize the golf cart as their primary mode of transportation. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other extraordinary wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
