The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub.  Bedroom #2 is also a king guest room.  Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed.  Bedroom #4 has a full bed along with a single trundle.  Two additional bathrooms have shower tub combinations providing plenty of room for everybody to relax and feel “at home”.  Family room features a 75" TV and each bedrom has either 55" or 43" TV's with full package of local and national channels.  Family room has a queen couch sleeper in the sectional couch, for added comfort.

Step outside onto the two cavernous main decks in the back, that come with calming lake vistas and gentle island breezes. Upstairs, a private upper deck invites you to relax with a morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun sets over the water. Whether you're gathering with family or appreciating peaceful moments in nature, this handsome home offers the ideal balance of relaxation and refined island living.  Lower deck provides a enormous hammock for your reading or napping pleaseure, while enjoying the elegant view of Blue Heron lake.

3 bicycles, beach chairs, and a number of fishing rods are supplied for your enjoyment.

 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
