The entirely equipped kitchen includes brand-new stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, kitchen knives and cookware, and a new dining table and chairs for family meals. Additional amenities on this level include a new washer and dryer, a half bath, and a cavernous deck with striking canal vistas. Outdoors, appreciate the private dock for boating or fishing adventures, as well as a screened patio on the lower level behind the garage.
