A villa is, by definition, "a luxury vacation home by the sea" and we know you'll feel right at home with personal and thoughtful touches throughout this rental home. Backyard getaway including a screened-in patio, private pool, and fire pit in between, you'll be sure to savor this villa more with each visit!

Sunset Villa is a gorgeous, 1-1/2 story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This mainly single-level home is ideal for families with young kids and grandparents who would prefer to avoid the typical stairways found on most other homes on Fripp.

Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the Atlantic Ocean, Beach Club, Island Bites, and Olympic or adult pools, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is ideal for guests who want all the luxuries of home in a resort environment. Features include professional-grade kitchen appliances, granite countertops throughout, a walk-in shower in the humongous upstairs master bedroom en suite, a sizable screened-in back porch, a Weber gas grille, high-speed wireless internet, and a Keurig coffee system. Traveling with little ones? No need to worry... the home is equipped with a pack-and-play, a high chair, and a play pen.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.

A four-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units).

There is a fence around the pool, and a childproof cover can be put on for those who may not want access to the pool.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other impressive wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Hunting Island Lighthouse and Fort Fremont are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum.
