Our goal is that your family can come and visit with the least amount of worries. There is no need to pack everything but the kitchen sink to have an fun vacation. Just bring your bathing suit and towel and we'll supply the rest. Let the simplicity of Fripp and her striking wildlife capture you.
A four passenger golf cart is supplied in rental.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day we rent from Saturday to Saturday. Snow Birds are welcome and discounts are given to month long units.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, eateries, and the 2 championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50/wk in the summer and $35/wk in the off-season.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
About the Area
Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
