There is also a pretty dining room that overlooks the canal while you appreciate breakfast or the incredible sunset in the evening. The upstairs floor contains 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has twin bunk beds and the other has a double bed and the other on-suite has a queen bed.
A newly added screened porch is the ideal spot to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee. Crabbing and fishing is a treat off the private dock. The dock holds a boat up to 20 feet in length. The location is a top notch spot to enjoy both the beach and the canal. There is a enormous refrigerator and freezer located on the ground floor for overflow food and drinks. There is an industrial ice maker in the garage under the home. You can even toss a game of corn hole with the boards made by the owners son. You are a short golf cart ride to the pools, dining facilities, marina and tennis courts. A terrific ocean breeze with nature all around makes this home your ideal vacation spot!
