Come savor the Frippin Finest House located on the breathtaking Canal with direct beach access only 70 short steps away. A newly added screen porch is equipped with an ice maker and bar overlooking the canal. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with 2 additional his/hers showers downstairs. The main floor contains a huge comfortable family area, card playing table, a master bedroom/bath with a single daybed and another queen bed and bath. The den has a queen sleeper couch. There is also a handsome dining room that overlooks the canal while you appreciate breakfast or the amazing sunset in the evening. The upstairs floor contains 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has twin bunk beds and the other has a double bed and the other on-suite has a queen bed.
A freshly added screened porch is the ideal spot to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee. Crabbing and fishing is a treat off the private dock. The dock holds a boat up to 20 feet in length. The location is a top notch spot to enjoy both the beach and the canal. There is a enormous refrigerator and freezer located on the ground floor for overflow food and drinks. There is an industrial ice maker in the garage under the home. You can even toss a game of corn hole with the boards made by the owners son. You are a short golf cart ride to the pools, dining facilities, marina and tennis courts. A terrific ocean breeze with nature all around makes this home your ideal vacation spot! A six seater golf cart comes with a weeks rental. (Amenity Cards are available for purchase for persons over 13 to use the pools, island resturants and golf club.) (Starting April 2023, a new administrative fee of 12.8% is now being assessed to each rental by the Fripp Island Club for those renters wanting amenities card. )This amount is added to your per nighttime fee and not Vacation Rental By Owner or cleaning costs.
