Welcome to 271 Deer Lake, a striking, dog-friendly single-story home located in the peaceful northern section of Fripp Island. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this inviting getaway offers comfortable accommodations and calming outdoor spaces for families and groups looking to savor a peaceful island hideaway.



The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms include a king-size bed and two twin beds, with a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.



The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to a screened-in porch overlooking the relaxing lake. It’s the ideal spot to appreciate your morning coffee, relax after a day at the beach, or take in the calming surroundings.



At the front of the home, a cavernous deck furnished with rocking chairs overlooks the gorgeous pond across the street, providing another inviting place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Fripp Island.



For entertainment, flat-screen TVs are supplied in the bedrooms and living room, along with wireless internet throughout the home. A generously sized charcoal grille is also available for outdoor cooking and family gatherings.



Please note that access cards for the Deer Lake pool are not included with this rental. However, guests can enjoy multiple other pools and amenities available throughout Fripp Island.

A four-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
