On the main level, two comfortable bedrooms await, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and deck access. As well as a guest room featuring a queen-sized bed and a twin daybed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two full-sized beds and a bunk bed.

This home is pet-friendly (with a pet fee). *Note with gators in the water, it isn't safe to swim, boat, or fish in Blue Heron Lake. There are plenty of other places on the island to do those activities.



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an amazing way to visit our unique amenities.

Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
