Step inside to discover an inviting open floor plan on the main level, seamlessly blending the living room, kitchen, and dining area into the ideal space for gatherings and entertainment. Vaulted ceilings in the living room accentuate the feeling of spaciousness, while a 55” TV with streaming services ensures entertainment options are always at hand. The well-equipped kitchen features an island with ample breakfast seating, a wet bar, and plentiful cabinet storage, all with beautiful lake vistas streaming through enormous windows.

On the main level, two comfortable bedrooms await, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and deck access. As well as a guest room featuring a queen-sized bed and twin day bed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two full-sized beds and a bunk bed.

The outdoor spaces are ideal for appreciating the wonders of Fripp Island’s flora and fauna, with a sizable front yard and fenced backyard providing plenty of room to roam. This home is pet-friendly to modest dogs only. The backyard getaway includes a cavernous deck, a screened porch complete with an outdoor TV, dining table, and ample seating, as well as a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
