On the main level, two comfortable bedrooms await, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and deck access. As well as a guest room featuring a queen-sized bed and twin day bed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two full-sized beds and a bunk bed.

The outdoor spaces are ideal for appreciating the wonders of Fripp Island's flora and fauna, with a huge front yard and fenced backyard providing plenty of room to roam. This home is pet-friendly. The backyard getaway includes a cavernous deck, a screened porch complete with an outdoor TV, dining table, and ample seating, as well as a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. *Note with gators in the water, it isn't safe to swim, boat or fish in Blue Heron Lake. There are plenty of other places on the island to do those activities.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
