Two dining areas and a generously sized living room provide ample space for gathering, while a sunroom overlooks the canal, offering a peaceful getaway for appreciating the coastal vistas. Additionally, a separate laundry room and half bath add convenience, and access to two decks and a grille make outdoor dining a breeze.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
