The main level welcomes you with a sprawling living space featuring an open concept floor plan, ideal for entertaining or calming together. The well-appointed kitchen features an additional-enormous refrigerator with an ice maker, a six-burner range, a drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a pantry, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Two dining areas and a generously sized living room provide ample space for gathering, while a sunroom overlooks the canal, offering a relaxing getaway for appreciating the coastal vistas. Additionally, a separate laundry room and half bath add convenience, and access to two decks and a grille make outdoor dining a breeze.

Retreat to the main level bedrooms, including a guest room with a twin-sized day bed and a extravagant master suite featuring a king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
