WINTER SPECIAL! Monthly rate (28 days) only $2750 (plus tax and cleaning fee)!! Animals considered with permission. Contact us for details.
This newly modernized home has a giant backyard full of greenery & wildlife centrally located for anyone looking to tour historic Beaufort/Port Royal, attend a USMC graduation on Parris Island, visit the Sea Islands & Hunting Island, or just spend time with family in the calming garden while splashing in the pool.
ALL INCLUSIVE!
Includes everything you need for a low-anxiety hideaway: gourmet kitchen w/supplied pantry, games, toys, additional linens, toiletries, detergent, soap, paper towels, etc. + plenty of parking - bring your boat or RV!
LOCATION
Our home is just mins. from historic downtown Beaufort (5 min), Port Royal (5 min), and Parris Island (less than 10 min to the gate). Within 30 mins. you can visit the beach at Hunting Island State Park or the outlet malls in Bluffton. And for a day trip, Savannah and Hilton Head Island are just under 1h and Charleston just over 1h.
Downtown Beaufort and Port Royal are within cycling distance (we recommend taking the Spanish Moss Trail) along with a couple of grocery stores, pharmacies, eateries, parks, and a basic shopping plaza. The neighborhood is also very walkable.
THE HOME
Appreciate a gourmet kitchen with gas stove, granite countertops, a entirely outfitted pantry, and all the appliances and cooking implements you need. Coffee, tea, basic pantry essentials, toiletries, additional blankets and pillows, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, sunscreen, and bug spray are all included along with spare toothbrushes and charging cables in case you forget yours. Our home is family-friendly (but be aware it is not completely childproofed!) and we have a variety of games, puzzles, books, and toys for you to appreciate.
There are three cavernous bedrooms and one full bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed with French doors that open into the back yard onto the patio. The second bedroom has a twin with a twin trundle that can pop up to make a king size bed if you prefer. It also includes a modest desk that can be used as a remote work station. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is ideal as the “kids room” with fun space-themed decor. There are also two pack n plays if you need them as well as an air bed.
There is high speed wifi and two of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen HD TVs with rokus so that you can utilize your streaming accounts. There are a few complimentary live channels as well.
OUTDOORS
The yard is the ideal place to relax when you aren’t out experiencing all the Beaufort area has to offer! The patio with seating is just outside the French doors from the primary bedroom and there is an above ground pool to cool off in on hot afternoons. There is also a play area for the kids, an outdoor seating area with a fire pit, and cornhole.
Our yard is a Certified Carolina Yard by Clemson University Cooperative Extension. We have worked hard to turn our property into a backyard getaway. It doesn’t look like a traditional suburban lawn and is not meant to. We appreciate the diversity of butterflies, bees, birds, and other wildlife we spot on a daily basis. We hope you do too!
EXTRAS
Bring your toys! We have space for boat AND RV parking. Wash and charge your boat on-site! We also have RV hookups - contact us for additional information if you’d like electricity, sewer and water.

Tricks and tips to get the very best Beaufort, SC rental home experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best value, try shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many rental management companies supply Beaufort, SC area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Selecting the best vacation rental in Beaufort:
- Begin by choosing trip dates and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Peaceful Nature Retreat Centrally Located with Pool - Family-Friendly has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible online. If not, reach out to the property manager before reserving your home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is right for your vacation.
- If your family is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly rental. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a certain Beaufort, SC attraction you are enamored with, keep an eye out for homes that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
More tips for your stay:
- Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of concerns.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Record any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
